Attorney Tony Abou Ezzi graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Central College with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small-Business Management, and a minor in Professional Conflict Resolution. He received his Juris Doctor from (UIC) The John Marshall Law School in 2013 where he served as a Staff Editor on the Journal for Computer and Internet Law (J.C.I.L.) and Chairman of Special Events Coordinator for the Corporate Law Association. Tony is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Massachusetts.
In 2019, Tony was recognized as an Emerging Leader by the Arab-American Business Professionals Association of Illinois, and a ADA 25 Advancing Leadership Fellow. Tony served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge William J. Haddad in the Law Division of Cook County during 2011 and 2012. In 2013, Tony was awarded the AT&T Excellence in Pro Bono Legal Services Award, which sponsored his work with the Center for Disability and Elder Law. Since starting Ezzi Law, Tony has continued to volunteer at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and Illinois Legal Aid Online.
Tony enjoys serving as a speaker and panelist for PepsiCo, ADA25, LUCHA, Hands and Voices, an organization that provides support for parents of deaf or hard-of-hearing children, the Illinois Court Reporter’s Association, to discuss best-practices for providing services to Attorneys, and several Fortune 500 companies to discuss the importance of care-taking in an aging society. Tony currently serves as the Vice President of The Arab American Bar Association. When he is not working, Tony enjoys traveling, playing tennis, biking, and most of all spending time with family.
